To match your program to families’ needs, we need important information such as hours of operation, ages served, and any changes to phone numbers or email addresses.
Rate information is especially important. It is kept anonymous and used only for reporting purposes. Programs can use CCR&R rate information to set competitive rates in their community. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) uses rate data collected by CCR&R to conduct bi-annual Market Rate Surveys. Market rate information collected is used to set Child Care Assistance (CCA) payment rates to child care providers and programs.
Update Your File – CCR&R Database
CCR&R now has an online system that lets you update your child care program’s profile!
This free system lets you:
- Update your information any time you’d like (open days and times, rates, etc.).
- Update your openings (if you’re full, enter zero vacancies)
- Add information about your program to highlight special areas of expertise or experience (e.g., experience with special needs, certifications, quality programs you participate in, etc.).
- Add pictures of your program to your program’s profile
- Share your information with families looking for care through the CCR&R parent referral system
